Josh McGinnis (he/him) is a Durham-based realtor who specializes in helping LGBTQ+ folks and allies find home in North Carolina. He wanted to build an independent brand for himself that distinguished him from the agency he works for. He craved a brand with a human touch that evoked the feeling of going into a historic North Carolina home. We created a cozy, warm brand that incorporated hand-lettered script, custom illustration, and a vintage-feeling color palette. Check out the project here!
